caching - SharePoint 2010 - Cache JSON Response for global access -

I currently have a site running slow because of a homepage that lists data in a JSON Many web service calls for receiving feedback, and the number of users accessing that page at once.

We are trying to reduce as many calls as possible, but we would also like to know if it is possible to cash back the reaction globally, the first person hits the site, and then that Cache pulls up until the data is finished (until 24 hours), do every user object to opposing to call each time to reach the site?

I am operating in the role of front developers, with the support of agricultural administrators and system engineers. I am currently trying to do some research for possible solutions, and really appreciate any direction. I've discovered a lot and get some information about using AppFabric and distributed caching, as well as a few other options, but I have not found anything that would certainly write JSON response in a global cache All users

list of items according to you list Nshodit date can write a simple CML query column and a row limit of 1. This is the date of last revision of list items.
