tortoisesvn - SVN Committing files and folder from unversioned local data to two different repository -

This is my first question posting on stackoverflow, hopefully I'm preparing it correctly!

We are working with 2 different treasures, our work is Flow:

1. From a repository, take data on the local machine, in the context of the SVN repository Trunk or specific tag)
2. Work on this copy
3. At the end of Awe day, I want to upload all the work done for the SVN repository.
4. After 1 month's work, where I have defined Outcomme, I also have a SVN store

I hope there is soulution:

1. Somethimg (any other scripting) file like a batch on which I click on the end of Erie Day, before leaving the office, it uploads all the data for the SVN repository 2
2. The owner batch file, which is clicked, then push all data on the repository 1
3. Any other possible solutions!

(We are using TortoiseSVN 1.7.12)

I am new to SVN and there is absolutely no clue about it How to solve, if I have not given enough details or have not prepared the question correctly, please tell me and I will update it.
