Error when creating android project in eclipse -

I'm new to Android developer and I'm learning. But when I make a new project, this error is shown.

The following steps are:

1. Paste Android- Support-v7-appcompat.jar which you downloaded in your project's libs folder.
2. Right click on your project, select Build Path -> Configure Build Path .
3. Select Library tab then Add Jar option and browse your recently added v7 jar and OK
