core location - How to get info if I am within town or out of town/village? (iOS geocoder or Overpass API for OSM) -

Do I know that within the village / city or outside the village / city using IOS SDK (Geocodar information) Am I From CLPlusMark) or OPP for OSIP or any other way?

I know that there are commercially available APIs, but I am wondering if it is free for any API or service? I am working on a proxy navigation app and I need this information about my current location.

EDIT: For now I am using placemark information about the location obtained by CLPLacemark geocoding - geocoder - if the thorph is empty or some number (street or road number), or a Letter and number (Raun number) - I am out of town. If there is a 'string' - this is the name of the road and I am inside the city but this view is very wrong. I am considering using the OpenPass API for Open Street Maps and I wonder if OSM provides such information and how it is obtained. Thanks for any part.
